A raider team is not like any other regular group of athletes. They don't just work on a singular area of exercise but multiple. For 3 months they dedicate themselves to working extremely hard to accomplish many wins and better themselves as athletes. Raiders must eat well, sleep well, and take care of their bodies. To be a raider is to challenge yourself mentally and physically for your team and yourself. A raider team becomes a family and throughout the season many bonds are formed.

Tire Flip

A set of 8 females or 10 males will divide in half. One group will flip the tire to the other group. This event usually lasts at most 4 minutes. Sometimes all of them will have to individually flip the tire to a certain point and back.

CCR

Cross Country Rescue is one of the most challenging events. Each raider has a particular job whether it's to carry the litter or a ruck. They will run with these items for about 0.5-1.0 miles. They might have to go through a 6-10ft wall during this event.

Rope Bridge

Rope Bridge is the quickest event out of all. This event lasts about a minute and a half. Six females or eight males will cross a rope while two others  help set up the rope and tear it down at the end. Rope Bridge requires speed and precision. The rope will wrap around two light poles or two trees.

Run

The run involves 10 males and 8 females. They will run in ranks which means an equal amount on each side. Raiders will run up to 3.1 miles at competitions. They must maintain together at all times and keep a good pace. Females are expected to run as fast as a 7:30 mile and Males a 6:30 mile.

Obstacle Course

The Obstacle Course is usually the event raiders enjoy the most. They go through a series of obstacles like monkey bars and rolling logs. This event usually can last up to 5 minutes. The distance is usually 0.5 miles.

RFC

The raider fitness challenge requires much agility and strength. Raiders will sometimes carry logs, canoes, kettlebells ,tires  or they will flip tires. Depending on the competition they will have to go over a wall or crawl through something.
